This is an inside sales role where you will have the opportunity to sell ACA insurance.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent at We Cover Health LLC, you will be responsible for:

- Handling inbound calls from potential clients and guiding them through the enrollment process for insurance plans.

- Effectively explaining the benefits and features of various insurance products.

- Qualifying, educating, and enrolling individuals in insurance plans that best meet their specific needs.

- Ensuring compliance with training requirements and enrolling clients in appropriate products.

- Closing calls in a timely manner, recognizing the importance of efficient call handling.

- Utilizing multiple system applications to handle consumer inquiries, update information, and create leads for follow-up.

- Adhering to all company, carrier, and related policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- **Must be Licensed to Sell Health Insurance**

- **Must Have FFM Certification Completed**

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to explain complex insurance programs clearly and concisely to callers.

- Capability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while handling phone calls.

- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

- Experience selling ACA is preferred, but not required.

- Experience using a dialer system is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $50,451.07 - $74,005.59 per year
